Happy Halloween!

Georgianna called Halloween the "best day of the year" while she was trick or treating. The Farrah family was nice enough to have us over for dinner and treats for the evening. Halloween at the Farrah's has become a nice tradition.

The Princesses

Happy 4th Birthday Georgianna!

Georgianna had a Princess Tea Party for her 4th birthday at our house. There were seven girls from her school that attended. They played, had a tea party, and played some more outside in the playhouse and trampoline. Julie was nice enough to come dressed up as Cinderella; it was a big hit with the little girls.

American Girl Fashion Show

Ellie was a guest model in the American Girl Fashion Show at the Arts Center of the Ozarks on Saturday. She was able to walk on stage and take one of her dolls with her. Ellie chose Julie the 70s doll.

G with Calvin

Georgianna loves to walk Calvin on his leash. I just wish Calvin liked it as much as G does.

Thumbs Up!

Kevin and Kebra came in town for the Arkansas football game. I wish the score would have been better; but it was a good day of visiting with our friends.

After an exciting day of playing at the park; Baker and Georgianna put on their pjs to get ready for bedtime. Here is Baker giving G her early birthday present.

Waiting....

Here is Georgianna waiting in the garage for her daddy to take her to school. David took Ellie to school first and then came back to take Georgianna. G sat patiently in the garage waiting for her turn with her daddy.

First Day of Preschool

Georgianna started back to preschool today in the "green" room. Notice that she is wearing a green dress for the occasion. She is in a class with 12 children; 3 were in her class last year. David worked from home so he was able to take her to school and pick her up with me. We even went out to lunch for a date!

First Football Tailgate

Go Hogs Go!
The Razorbacks had their first home game of the season this weekend and we hosted a tailgate party in the Gardens in our usual spot. Ellie and Georgianna came to tailgate but they did not attend the game. The kids had a "ball" playing football and listening to the live band.
David and I were so glad that the Farrah family and Davis family joined us, but we missed the Shelhamers and the Hartfields. My cousin Elizabeth and her husband Bobby did stop by to see us and stay for a visit which was a treat.

Cousins

During August, we were fortunate enough to have some of our cousins come visit us in Arkansas. My brother and his family from Texas came first for a quick trip and then Carrie and her two boys came for a long weekend. Ellie and Georgianna had a great time visiting and playing with all the boy cousins.

Ellie, Georgianna, and Porter spent hours playing outside. The weather was perfect (not a typical Arkansas August).

Jumping

My camera has video capabilities -- not the best video, but it works!

Here are Georiganna and Porter jumping on the trampoline.
